How do I use a promo code or merchandise credit?

At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. Magdalena Trever promocodes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

What if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.

What is your return policy?

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for US orders.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the return department, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
